his is an old German tin head
Minerva
doll with original blond hair wig and painted face and blue eyes.  The doll has Manufacturing mark of Minerva on the front and a numeral 3 on the back of the shoulder plate.  The Doll is in good condition with in-painting over a several nicks on face.  The body and clothing are handmade and in perfect condition.
The dress is antique
and I believe it is original but could be mistaken.  This doll is 17 ''
tall with a handmade body and great leather arms and
mitten shaped
